mSimps orders are shipped Mondays to Fridays from Accra, Ghana to all International areas of delivery via Ghana Post, EMS or an international shipping courier of your choice. Once your item is shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking number.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays once packages are in the possession of the shipping courier. Most customers receive their package within 10 working days.

Our international customers are responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by their country’s government. If your order is subject to these charges, they will not appear on your mSimps invoice, but will be presented by the shipping company upon your receipt of your package.

Customs duty and import tax are specific to your particular country. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.



In the unlikely event that you received a product with a defect or a wrong product, you may return the unworn/unused product to mSimps within 10 business days of receipt of product for a refund or exchange.  

To make a return or an exchange, simply email us ([email protected]) with the reason for the return. Returned packages must include: securely packaged merchandise and the original invoice.

Any custom items, discounted and sale items are final sale and are not subject to refund or exchange.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.
